Built for hard use, this Arkon drill-base mount connects an AMPS-pattern base to an AMPS adapter head and installs on cars, utes, trucks, commercial vehicles or practically any flat surface. Its shaft rotates through a full 360 degrees, which makes it a strong choice for confined cab spaces. The adapter head suits 4-hole AMPS pattern holders including the SM040AMPS. A neat solution wherever mounting room is tight.
