Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help sort it out.
Amazon Purchases
Most of our products are fulfilled by Amazon Australia. If you purchased through Amazon, returns and refunds are handled directly through Amazon's returns process.
To initiate a return for an Amazon order, visit your Amazon AU Returns & Refunds page and follow the prompts for your order. Amazon typically offers a 30-day return window for most items.
Direct Orders
For products purchased directly from Arkon Australia, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or send out a replacement — whichever you prefer.
Defective Products
If you've received a defective or faulty product, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the fault, you may be entitled to:
- A full refund
- A replacement product
- A repair at no cost to you
There is no time limit on returning a product that has a major fault. For minor faults, we will repair the product within a reasonable time or offer a replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for a direct order, please contact us with the following details:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- The product name and SKU
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (especially for defective items)
We'll get back to you within one business day with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For Amazon orders, refund timelines are managed by Amazon and may vary. Check your Amazon account for refund status updates.
Your rights: Our returns policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a remedy for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose — regardless of any stated return window.
