Arkon Lifetime Warranty
Arkon Mounts (“Arkon”) warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the product itself, and not the user or any other person.
This limited lifetime warranty applies only to products that are purchased from Arkon or an authorised Arkon dealer or marketplace. Arkon's obligation under this limited lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Arkon's option, of any defective product or part thereof.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Neglect, misuse, alterations, accident, or misapplication
- Physical damage or damage caused by fire or freezing
- Environmental damage or extreme conditions
- Improper maintenance or installation outside recommended specifications
- Normal wear and tear on components such as suction cups and foam rubber
Arkon shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use its products.
Electronics Warranty
The Arkon Lifetime Warranty does not cover electronics, including electronic components or devices integrated within the products. For electronic products, Arkon provides a limited warranty of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
This limited two-year warranty covers the repair or replacement, at Arkon's option, of any defective electronic components or devices. The same exclusions for damage caused by neglect, misuse, and other factors apply.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you encounter a defect in your Arkon product covered under the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via our contact form with the following details:
- Product model name and SKU number
- Date and place of purchase
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation)
- A description of the problem
- Include photos of the defective product. This helps us evaluate the claim and determine the best course of action.
- We'll coordinate with Arkon on your behalf to arrange a repair or replacement. As your local distributor, we handle the warranty process for you — no need to contact Arkon in the US directly.
Shipping & Replacement
For products deemed defective under warranty, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement. If a product is discontinued, Arkon will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement that closely matches the original product's features and functionality.
Please note that wear-and-tear components such as suction cups and foam rubber are not covered under warranty, but replacement parts may be available for purchase. Contact us for details.
