This APCMAMPS38 circular metal adapter pairs a 4-hole AMPS plate with a 38mm (1.5 inch) ball, so it works with 38mm mounts and pedestals from Arkon, RAM Mounts and similar systems. Mounts, holders and devices are sold separately.

Built with a 4-hole AMPS pattern on one side and a 38mm ball on the other, the APCMAMPS38 circular metal adapter suits any 38mm (1.5 inch) mount or pedestal, including Arkon and RAM Mounts hardware. (Mounts, holders and devices sold separately.) Its all-metal build makes for a solid, dependable join once it's drilled into a dashboard or another firm, flat surface — a sensible choice for commercial vehicles and fleet fit-outs. The round footprint also opens up mounting spots where a square adapter simply won't sit properly.
