Arkon Cookie Decorators Mount Stand for Phones and Pico Projectors

A tip of the hat to our mates in the cookie decorating community, whose ideas led us to build the Cookie Decorators Mount for Phones and Pico Projectors (Model CDM2XMG5). The concept is simple: one stand, two universal holders — one sized for your pico projector, the other for your phone. Prefer a two-phone setup instead? That works too, making it handy for videos, tutorials or live streaming.

Primary Use: Pico projectors (sold separately by third-party sellers) have become a staple in the cookie decorating world, yet the little stands supplied with them tend to sit far too low and wobble about. Arkon's Cookie Decorators Mount takes a different approach, with a height adjustment that extends up to 41" so your projector sits exactly where you want it, session after session. Plenty of decorators also want a mobile phone running at the same time to record their work, and that's straightforward here. Slide your phone into the holder clamped to the stand's pole/post, then angle it downward to film the action below. For most pico projectors — anything narrower than 3.9" — the phone holder on the top arm assembly gives the best grip. There's also a camera adapter included with the standard 1/4"-20 threaded pattern found on all pico projectors, digital video recorders and cameras.

Secondary Use: With two phones on hand, the holder on the top arm assembly can shoot either a front-facing or overhead view. Set it overhead and the phone on the pole/shaft position becomes your monitor for reading comments or checking your hand movements during a Facebook or Instagram live. Running two phones is also an easy way to record a couple of camera angles at once.
