FLRMTAB04 is a lockable tablet mount purpose-built for forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse vehicles. It is made up of two steel plates finished in black powdercoat, along with the mounting hardware needed to fit them, and the heavy gauge steel construction is designed to survive tough environments such as factories, warehouses and construction sites. Included in the kit is a 3.75” Robust Mount Shaft with double ball adjustment points plus a Metal Universal Locking Tablet Holder, which uses a key lock (keys supplied) to hold the tablet firmly in position. That holder is made from aluminium and offers multiple horizontal and vertical adjustment points down both sides, so it accommodates tablets from the compact G Pad 7.0 right up to the Nexus 10. A 7mm and 10mm socket wrench is all you need to set the holder to your tablet’s dimensions, and security hardware comes in the box as well. Each steel plate measures 10” x 7” x 1/8” and weighs a little over 3 pounds. The plates come pre-drilled with holes in several sizes (4.9mm, 5.7mm and 8.5mm) and in common patterns — 4-Hole AMPS, VESA 75, VESA 100 and Gamber-Johnson 2” x 4.09” — so a range of devices can be fitted. Installation is fast and straightforward with no drilling needed.
