HM003-SBH is a hard-wearing universal headrest mounting pedestal for cars and trucks, supplied as a base only (no holder included) and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Use it to replace a worn pedestal, upgrade an existing setup, or add a second mounting point to your vehicle. It accepts Arkon's universal smartphone and tablet holders, sold separately, such as the Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001), the Universal Tablet Push Button Holder (TAB003), and the Slim-Grip Ultra Universal Smartphone and Midsize Tablet Holder (SM060-2). What's in the box is Arkon's 2-post car seat headrest mount on its own — holders are ordered separately. Team it with a holder and you have an ideal way to position a phone or tablet in the middle of the back seat so several passengers can watch at once, handy on longer road trips. The pedestal clamps onto a 2-post headrest in the front or rear seat and uses a length-adjustable rigid extension arm spanning 15 inches to 24 inches.
