The RM2XAMPS 4-Hole AMPS Mount belongs to Arkon's Robust Mount Series, combining an AMPS drill-down base with an AMPS head at the top. Drill it straight into a solid, flat surface such as a wall, table or workbench. Anything built around the 4-Hole AMPS pattern will bolt straight on, including cameras, GPS devices and satellite radios. That pattern is four holes set out in a rectangle measuring 30.17mm x 38.05mm, taken centre-to-centre between the holes. It's a hard-wearing choice for mobile radio holders, housings and similar equipment used across public safety, construction and utility work — including worksites and service vehicles. Only the Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS Mount with 4-Hole AMPS Head is supplied in this package. Moulded from a nylon and fibre blend, the low-vibration pedestal stands 5.25 inches high end to end. Swivels at both the top and the bottom of the arm give you full 360-degree rotation, so the device can be angled exactly where you want it.
