The RMAMPS1420 camera wall mount belongs to Arkon's Robust Mount Series and works with any camera that uses the common 1/4"-20 thread, covering bodies from Nikon, Sony, Samsung, Canon, Fujifilm, Olympus, Panasonic and Pentax. Fix it permanently to solid, flat surfaces such as walls, tables and workbenches by drilling out the 4-Hole AMPS pattern — four holes in a rectangular layout, spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm centre-to-centre. Supplied on its own, this package contains just the Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS Mounting Pedestal topped with a 1/4"-20 mounting bolt head. Standing 6.5 inches tall and moulded from a plastic and glass fibre blend, it's a sturdy pedestal that keeps vibration to a minimum. Setup is simple: thread your camera onto the 1/4"-20 bolt, then slacken or nip up the side adjustment knob to lock in the angle you want. Because the pedestal arm pivots at both the base and the head, you get full 360-degree rotation and the freedom to aim the camera almost anywhere.
