Built around a heavy-duty drill base and an 8" multi-angle arm, the SM6HD006 anchors midsize tablets to walls, cabinetry, workbenches, vehicle dashboards and similar surfaces. It handles midsize tablets in the 7" to 8" screen range, such as the iPad mini, Galaxy Tab S 8.4, Galaxy Note 8.0, Galaxy Tab 4 or 3 in 7.0 and 8.0, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and Google Nexus 7. Phones measuring up to 6.75" tall (8" screen size) also fit, including iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Note 8, Galaxy S10, S9 and S8, LG G6, G5 and G4, Nexus 6 and Nexus 5, Nokia Lumia 1520 and 1020, plus the Motorola Moto G and Moto X. The base screws into place, and its 4-Hole AMPS pattern is a rectangular layout spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm, measured centre to centre between the holes. Because the Slim-Grip Ultra Holder uses adjustable legs top and bottom, side buttons and ports stay accessible — handy for the edge-mounted controls on the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge or Note Edge. The patented spring-loaded design also grips devices wearing skins and ruggedised cases. Eight support legs are supplied (4 short and 4 longer) so you can tailor the fit to your device: most devices sit best with 2 short legs up top and the 2 long legs underneath, larger devices call for all 4 long legs, and smaller devices work best with all 4 short legs.
