The TAB086-12 desk, cart or table mount works with every large tablet measuring 8.9 to 18.4 inches, covering the Apple iPad Pro, iPad Air 2 and iPad Air, iPad 4, 3 and 2, Samsung Galaxy View, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, Galaxy Tab S 10.5, Google Pixel C, Nexus 10 and Nexus 9, LG G Pad 10.1, Sony Xperia Tablet Z4 and Tablet Z. Supplied in the kit are Arkon's Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder and the Heavy-Duty Desk or Cart Mounting Pedestal with a 12" flexible gooseneck and C-clamp base. A spring-loaded mechanism in the Slim-Grip holder lets you drop the tablet in or lift it out one-handed simply by pressing down on the lower legs. Ten support legs come with the holder — 4 short, 2 medium and 4 long — so you can pick the 4 that suit your device best. They slot into the top and bottom of the holder and shift easily so side buttons and ports stay clear. Most large tablets sit best with 2 short legs up top and the 2 long legs underneath; for smaller tablets fit all 4 short legs, and for bigger models such as the iPad Pro use all 4 long legs. Switching to portrait viewing is a matter of turning the 360-degree swivel and tightening it again. Built from steel, the heavy-duty pedestal suits an office or work area where the tablet needs to stay within reach but bench space is tight. The C-clamp base fits a desk, trolley, worktable, bench, lectern or similar table-like surface, and also mounts neatly to the bottom rail of a wheelchair. The C-clamp holds firm and opens as wide as 2.25 inches.
