Designed for cars and trucks, the TABPB088 anchors to a seat rail or the vehicle floor and holds any large tablet with a 9 to 12 inch screen — Apple iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 4, 3 and 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, Google Nexus 10 and Sony Xperia Tablet Z all fit. Supplied in the package is Arkon's Universal Tablet Push Button Holder together with a seat rail floor mount carrying an 18" flexible aluminium gooseneck. Built from strong aluminium, the seat rail or floor base is the answer for drivers who want their tablet within easy reach but mounted well away from the windscreen or dashboard. Installation calls for a socket wrench: back off the passenger seat track bolt, slide the supplied seat track bolt bracket into place, then do the bolt back up. Shape the 18" gooseneck and turn the swivel ball adapter head through its full 360° to land on the exact viewing angle you want. Floor brackets are also included as an option if you'd rather screw the car dock straight into the vehicle floor. (Warning: drilling into the vehicle's floor may damage the vehicle. Take care and speak with a mobile install professional so you don't drill into sensitive vehicle components.) Arkon's Universal Push-Button Tablet Holder uses a straightforward one-touch release button on its side. It stands 6.5 inches high by 4.6 inches wide and opens out to 9" so it can hold any large tablet with a 9" to 12" screen securely. Slide the tablet in horizontally and press the grip arm down to lock it in, then use the 360° swivel if you'd prefer a vertical view. Taking the tablet out is just a matter of pressing that side button to release the grip arm. Prefer a longer reach?
