The HD005 drill-base pedestal serves as a replacement, an upgrade, or an additional unit to sit alongside a pedestal you already run with the Dual-T pattern. It pairs with Arkon's universal smartphone and tablet holders (sold separately), such as the Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001), the Universal Tablet Push Button Holder (TAB003), and the Slim-Grip Ultra Universal Smartphone and Midsize Tablet Holder (SM060-2). What you get here is Arkon's heavy-duty aluminium mounting pedestal with a 10” adjustable arm and 4-hole drill base, topped with a Dual-T head. Once an industry standard, the 4-hole AMPS layout places four holes in a rectangle measuring 30.17mm by 38.05mm, taken centre-to-centre between the holes. Built from tough aluminium, this drill base suits any setting where a fixed, long-term solution makes more sense than a temporary one — think workshops or retail counters. Screws are supplied. Flex the 10” adjustable arm and turn the swivel ball adapter head through a full 360° to dial in the exact position you want for your device.
