The Mobile Grip 2 Holder expands to accommodate all phones (even those with skins or ruggedized cases) up to 3.6” wide. The holder is just 1.4” high, and is ideal for those who prefer a smaller profile. Its simplistic yet effective design keeps rear smartphone cameras free for spontaneous pictures or videos. The Mobile Grip 2’s spring-loaded holder makes it easy to insert or remove the smartphone from the holder with one hand, yet holds the smartphone securely. Remove the rubber insert on the side of the Mobile Grip 2 holder to reveal an industry-standard 1/4”-20 threaded camera mounting pattern for use directly on camera tripods, a handy feature that provides additional versatility. The car seat rail or floor mount is made of strong steel, and is ideal for those who need easy access to their smartphones but prefer mounting them somewhere other than the windshield or dashboard. Use a socket wrench to install the mount to the car’s seat rail. Loosen the passenger seat track bolt, insert the included seat track bolt bracket, and then retighten the bolt. Bend the 15” gooseneck and rotate the swivel ball adapter head for 360° rotation for exact positioning of the cell phone. Optional floor brackets are included for installing the car dock directly into the floor of the vehicle. (Warning: Drilling into the vehicle’s floor may damage the vehicle.
