Part of the Arkon Robust Mount Series, the RM0802T windscreen suction pedestal can upgrade, replace or add to a pedestal you already run, and it accepts Arkon's universal smartphone and tablet holders (sold separately) such as the Slim-Grip Ultra Universal Smartphone and Midsize Tablet Holder (SM060-2), the Slim-Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM050-2), the Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001) and the Mega Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM040-2). What you receive here is the Heavy-Duty 80mm Suction Mounting Pedestal with Dual-T Head only, so holders need to be purchased separately. Designed with car windscreens in mind, this rugged low-vibration pedestal stands roughly 6.5 inches from the base to the top of the pedestal (holder not counted) and is built from a plastic and glass fibre blend. The 80mm TPU suction base is happy across all climates, while the arm pivots at both the top and bottom for full 360-degree rotation, letting you angle a phone or tablet exactly how you like it. Fitting is quick: wipe the mounting surface with the supplied alcohol pad for the best possible grip, position the pedestal, then press the one-touch lever to lock the suction in place.
