The RM6AMPS2T drill base mount belongs to Arkon's Robust Mount Series and fixes to walls or other solid flat surfaces with screws. It takes every smartphone up to 7.5" tall, cases and all, covering iPhone X, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Note 5 and Note 4, Galaxy S8, S7, S6 edge+ and S6, LG G6, G5 and G4, Nexus 6 and Nexus 5, HTC One M9, One M8 and One Max, Nokia Lumia 1520 and 1020, plus Motorola Moto G and Moto X. Midsize tablets with 7" or 8" screens are also catered for, among them iPad mini, Galaxy Note 8.0, Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 and 8.0, Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 and Google Nexus 7. Supplied in the box is a heavy-duty 4-Hole AMPS mounting pedestal together with the Slim-Grip Ultra universal smartphone and midsize tablet holder. Eight support legs come with the spring-loaded holder (four short and four longer), sliding onto its top and bottom so your phone or tablet sits correctly while side buttons and ports stay clear. Fixing follows the 4-Hole AMPS pattern: four holes in a rectangular layout spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm, measured centre to centre. Made from plastic and nylon, the tough low-vibration pedestal stands roughly 4.5 inches from the base of the AMPS plate to the top of the pedestal, holder not included. Swivels at both the top and the bottom deliver full 360-degree rotation, so the device can be angled however you like. You can also screw the mount directly into your vehicle's floor.
