Arkon 4-Hole AMPS Pattern Car or Truck Seat Rail or Floor Mount Pedestal

The Arkon RM88MAMPS seat rail or floor mounting pedestal for cars and trucks works as a straight replacement, an upgrade, or an extra pedestal alongside one you already run. It fits any device with a 4-Hole AMPS pattern, such as vehicle-specific mounts (VSMs), cameras, GPS units, audio/video receivers and satellite radios including the Sirius S50, Sirius XM Onyx Plus, XM Onyx EZ, Sirius XM Lynx, Stratus 7, Dock & Play and Sirius Dock & Play (each sold separately). Note that this is not a complete mounting solution — the package contains only the 18” aluminium seat rail or floor mount pedestal fitted with a 25mm (1 inch) ball-compatible Metal Robust Mount Shaft and a 4-Hole AMPS head. (Holders sold separately.) It also suits mobile radio holders, housings and similar equipment used across public safety, construction and utility work. The 4-Hole AMPS pattern is four holes in a rectangular layout spaced 30.17mm by 38.05mm, measured centre-to-centre between the holes. Mounting to the seat rail or floor is the answer for service vehicles, trucks, and anyone who wants their device within easy reach but away from the windscreen or dashboard. Installation to the seat rail is done with a socket wrench: back off the passenger seat track bolt, slide the supplied seat track bolt bracket into place, then torque the bolt back down. From there, shape the 18” gooseneck and rotate both 25mm adjustment points for full 360-degree positioning of your device. Optional floor brackets are also supplied if you would rather screw the pedestal straight into the vehicle floor. (Warning: drilling into the vehicle floor can cause damage.
