The RMAMPS2T car or wall suction mounting pedestal comes from Arkon's Robust Mount Series. Use it to replace or upgrade a pedestal you already have, or fix it with screws to a wall or another solid flat surface using the 4-Hole AMPS mounting pattern. It works with Arkon's universal phone and tablet holders (sold separately), among them the Slim-Grip Ultra Universal Smartphone and Midsize Tablet Holder (SM060-2), Slim-Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM050-2), Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001), Mega Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM040-2), Mobile Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (MG001), and Mini Grip Smartphone Holder (SM015-2SLM). Other Dual-T pattern holders will fit as well. Supplied here is the Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS Mounting Pedestal with Dual-T Head only — holders are sold separately. The AMPS pattern is four holes in a rectangular layout spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm apart, measured centre to centre between holes. Standing 6.5 inches high and moulded from a mix of plastic and glass fibre, this tough, low-vibration pedestal swivels at both the top and the bottom of the arm for full 360-degree rotation, so you can set your phone or tablet at practically any angle.
