The RMS2XAMPS 4-Hole AMPS Small Mount comes from Arkon's Robust Mount Series, built around a compact 4” arm that works well where a full-size mount simply won't fit. Both ends use the AMPS standard: an AMPS drill-down base underneath and an AMPS head up top. Drill the base into any solid, flat surface — a wall, table or workbench — and connect any device carrying the 4-hole AMPS pattern, such as cameras, GPS units or satellite radios. That pattern is four holes set in a rectangle spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm, measured centre to centre. Its toughness also makes it a sensible choice for mobile radio holders, housings and similar equipment used across public safety, construction and utility work. Supplied in this package is the Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS Mount with 4-Hole AMPS Head only. Measuring 4.13 inches high end to end and moulded from a nylon and fibre blend, the mount resists vibration while the arm swivels at both the top and the bottom joint — a full 360 degrees of rotation so you can set your device at whatever angle suits.
