The RMS2XAMPS-MET-SH 4-Hole AMPS Mounting Pedestal comes from Arkon's Robust Mount Series and stands just a touch over 4" from end to end, making it a smart pick where space is tight. Both the 4-hole AMPS drill base and the AMPS head are metal for extra rigidity. Security hardware is supplied as well, so the mount stays put in commercial and enterprise settings. Drill it into solid, flat surfaces — ute and car dashboards, consoles, walls, tables or workbenches — and pair it with tablet or phone holders and devices carrying the 4-hole AMPS pattern, including Arkon's Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001-AMPS). Cameras, GPS units and satellite radios also suit. The AMPS drill-base layout uses four holes in a rectangle spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm, measured centre-to-centre between the holes.
