Arkon Robust Mount Small Series - MINI Shaft 4-Hole AMPS Drill Base to 1/4inch-20 Head

Part of the Arkon Robust Mount Series, the RMSAMPS1420 Small 4-Hole AMPS Mount works with any camera cut for the standard 1/4"-20 thread, including models from Nikon, Sony, Samsung, Canon, Fujifilm, Olympus, Panasonic and Pentax. Supplied on its own, this package contains just the heavy-duty small 4-hole AMPS mount fitted with a 1/4"-20 mounting bolt head. Standing a little over 4" from the base to the top of the mount, it suits confined spots where a shorter pedestal makes more sense. Drill it down onto flat, solid surfaces — walls, tables, workbenches and similar — using the 4-hole AMPS pattern, which places four holes in a rectangle measuring 30.17mm x 38.05mm centre-to-centre between holes. The low-vibration pedestal shaft alone measures 2.75 inches high (base and holder not included) and is built from a plastic and glass fibre blend for strength. Fitting a camera is simply a matter of threading its 1/4"-20 socket onto the mount's 1/4"-20 bolt, then loosening or tightening the side adjustment knob to set the angle you want. Because the pedestal arm pivots at both the top and the bottom, you get full 360-degree rotation and complete freedom to aim the camera wherever it needs to point.
