Part of the Arkon Robust Mount Series, the RMSAMPS2T is a small mounting pedestal that fastens with screws to walls or other solid flat surfaces using the 4-Hole AMPS pattern, making it a simple way to replace or upgrade an existing pedestal. What you receive here is the heavy-duty 4-Hole AMPS small mounting pedestal with a Dual-T head only. Its 4 inch arm suits confined spaces where a shorter pedestal is the better choice. The head accepts Arkon's universal smartphone and tablet holders (sold separately), including the Slim-Grip Ultra Universal Smartphone and Midsize Tablet Holder (SM060-2), Slim-Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM050-2), Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001), Mega Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM040-2), Mobile Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (MG001) and Mini Grip Smartphone Holder (SM015-2SLM), and it also takes other Dual-T pattern holders. Holders sold separately. Standing 2.75 inches high and built from a plastic and glass fibre combination, this tough, low-vibration arm swivels at both the top and the bottom for 360-degree rotation, so you can set your phone or tablet at virtually any angle. The AMPS layout is four holes in a rectangular pattern spaced 30.17mm x 38.05mm, measured centre to centre between holes. The pedestal can also be screwed directly into the floor of your vehicle.
