The TABPB88L22 seat rail or floor tablet mount suits any large tablet with a 9 to 12 inch screen, covering the Apple iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPad 4, 3 and 2, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Galaxy Tab E 8.0, Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, the Google Nexus 10 and the Sony Xperia Tablet Z. Supplied in the package are Arkon’s Universal Tablet Push-Button Holder and a seat rail or floor mount fitted with a 22” flexible aluminium gooseneck. A single-touch release button sits on the side of the Universal Push-Button Tablet Holder for quick removal (pedestals sold separately). Measuring 6.5 inches high and 4.6 inches wide, the holder expands to a full 9” so it can clamp any large tablet in the 9” to 12” screen range firmly. Slide your tablet in horizontally, then press the grip arm down to lock it in place, and use the 360° swivel when you want a vertical viewing angle. Pressing the side button releases the grip arm again when it’s time to take the tablet out. Built from strong aluminium, this seat rail or floor mount is the answer for drivers who want their tablet close at hand but away from the windscreen and dashboard. Installation at the seat rail calls for a socket wrench: back off the passenger seat track bolt, slot in the supplied seat track bolt bracket, then do the bolt back up. Shape the 22” gooseneck and turn the swivel ball adapter head through 360° to land on exactly the position you want. Floor brackets are also included as an alternative, allowing the car dock to be screwed straight into the vehicle floor. (Warning: Drilling into the vehicle’s floor may damage the vehicle.
