Every connection point in the XMS™ Metal Ball System, from the base through to the holder interface, uses 38mm (1.5") metal balls. The larger clamping surface area delivers a firmer hold and dependable support within the recommended 1.8–4.5 kg (4–10 lb) load range. Load is spread across the mounting surface by the dual-plate guard rail base, while the XL locking holder keeps a larger tablet in position, within reach and secured while the forklift is in use.
