The car mount’s solid construction provides strength and reliability on the road by featuring a spring-loaded mechanism that expands to securely grip phones up to 4” wide. Arkon recommends using the RoadVise Holder with smartphones with skins and ruggedized cases. The RoadVise is designed to use two hands to install and remove your device. This is to make sure your device cannot be accidentally removed while adjusting viewing angle. The low-profile phone car holder keeps rear smartphone cameras free for spontaneous pictures or videos. The car mount is easy to install. Just snap the holder onto the 17mm ball of the pedestal and use the included tightening ring to secure. The RoadVise car mount attaches onto windshields and features an 80mm TPU suction base that works well in all climates. An optional adhesive mounting disk is included for dashboard mounting. The arm of the pedestal swivels on both the top and the bottom, providing 360-degree rotation and the ultimate flexibility in positioning the smartphone at any angle. The RV180 also functions as a Garmin GPS mount by simply removing the RoadVise holder and revealing the 17mm ball mount base. It’s a solid mount solution that’s perfect for your needs.
