The adapter is compatible with 38mm (1.5 inch) mounts, holders, cradles, and pedestals, including double-socket shafts from Arkon Mounts or RAM Mounts Size C. (Mounts, holders, cradles, and devices sold separately.) The adapter's solid design provides a sturdy connection for drilling into dashboards or other solid, flat surfaces, ideal for commercial or fleet use. The APD2MAMPS38 adapter measures 2.25 inches (57mm) tall x 2.5 inches (64mm) wide. The metal diamond-shaped 2-Hole base plate fits many AMPS pattern devices, with the distance between the two holes measuring approximately 1.91 inches (48mm) center-to-center.
