Built to work with 38mm (1.5 inch) mounts, holders, cradles and pedestals, this adapter also pairs with double-socket shafts from Arkon Mounts or RAM Mounts Size C. (Mounts, holders, cradles and devices are sold separately.) Its one-piece metal construction makes for a rock-solid join when drilling into a dashboard or another firm, flat surface — well suited to commercial vehicles and fleet fit-outs. Overall, the APD2MAMPS38 measures 2.25 inches (57mm) tall by 2.5 inches (64mm) wide. The diamond-shaped metal 2-hole base plate suits a wide range of AMPS pattern devices, with roughly 1.91 inches (48mm) between hole centres.
