Arkon Bulk Version of AP020 - 90mm Adhesive Dash Mounting Disk for 80mm Suction Mounts

The AP020 is a 90mm adhesive disk that creates a flat, dash-friendly anchor point for any Arkon or third-party 80mm windscreen suction pedestal, including the suction bases supplied with Garmin and TomTom GPS units. (The disk is deliberately a little wider than the suction cup itself so the seal has plenty of surface to grip.) Note that this pack contains the adhesive disk only — mounting pedestals are sold separately. Fitting is straightforward: peel the paper backing away from the rear of the 3M-backed plastic dash disk, position it, then press down firmly on a surface you have already cleaned. Use the supplied alcohol pad first so the area is free of dust, dashboard conditioners and other treatments, and ideally leave the adhesive 24 hours to cure before you lock the base of the mount onto the centre of the disk. Although the disk is designed as a semi-permanent fixture, it can be taken off again: dab a generous amount of rubbing alcohol or a similar adhesive remover around the edges with a cotton swab, let it soak in, then slide a long length of dental floss underneath and saw through the adhesive until the disk lifts free.
