Please note this is a base component rather than a finished mount — you receive the heavy-duty aluminium desk or cart mounting pedestal with its 4” arm and adjustable C-clamp base only. (Holders are purchased separately.) The Arkon GN086-SBH pedestal is designed to replace or upgrade a pedestal you already have, and it pairs with Arkon’s Dual-T universal phone and tablet holders (sold separately) — among them the Slim-Grip Ultra Universal Smartphone and Midsize Tablet Holder (SM060-2), the Slim-Grip Universal Tablet Holder (TAB001), the Universal Tablet Push Button Holder (TAB003) and the Mega Grip Universal Smartphone Holder (SM040-2). Built from aluminium that is strong yet has some flex, this heavy-duty pedestal earns its place in an office or workspace where a phone or tablet needs to stay within easy reach but surface area is limited. Clamp the C-clamp base onto a desk, cart, worktable, bench, lectern, a camera tripod leg or any similar table-like edge. The clamp holds firmly and adjusts from a .5 inch minimum out to a 2.5 inch maximum. Twist the swivel ball adapter head through a full 360 degrees to line the device up exactly where you want it.
